🖤 Black Friday Extended Returns Policy

Please choose carefully when shopping during our Black Friday Sale, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns will be accepted for faulty or defective items only.

If you made a purchase between 10 November – 1 December 2025, you have until 1 January 2026 to submit a return request via email to hello@bouncemillie.com.au.

Upon inspection, we will either refund or replace your item at Bounce Millie’s discretion.
Please note: that we are only able to offer one replacement per order.

Jumping Castle Returns

  • Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll assess the issue and make it right. If your package has been lost please get in touch with us and we will do our best to find your package.

All other items

  • Due to the nature of our self-inflate balls, stickers and bath toys unfortunately we cannot accept any returns.
  • If you are missing any items or your item has broken in transit please contact our team with 7 business days of receiving your item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards/store credits.

  • SALE ITEMS: There are no returns on sale items. Newsletter Sign up discounts ARE eligible for a return provided that the item has not been open.

To Start A Return:

  • Contact us at hello@bouncemillie.com.au.
  • Please quote your confirmation number. 
  • You may be required to send photos/videos of issue/default if any.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you via email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    You can always reach out via DM or email us with any questions.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your unopened item and purchase your new product.

Refunds
We will notify you once return has been approved for a refund or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
