My kids love it

The design of the mini castle is really cute and it’s definitely fun for kids to play in

The design of the mini castle is really cute and it’s definitely fun for kids to play in. My child enjoys it and it looks nice in the play area.

However, the quality could be improved. The mesh on the door has already torn, which is disappointing. Also, the vinyl name decal doesn’t stay in place well – it tends to peel off and slide away from where it was applied.

I also received an email about an update to my order saying the ring toss hook had been improved and would inflate together with the castle rather than needing to be manually pumped, allowing it to sit more neatly once inflated. Unfortunately, the version I received still has the old design.

Overall, it has a good design and kids will enjoy it, but the durability and finishing details could be better.

I’m really sorry to hear about the mesh on the front section and have reached out to you directly to organise a solution for this.

For the name decal - these are designed as a one-time application and should be removed before deflating the castle, otherwise the adhesive can shift slightly when the vinyl folds. I’ll happily send you a replacement decal if yours has been affected.

Worth the wait!

Purchased this before Christmas 25 on backorder + it was worth the wait! Fantastic quality + super cute. Great tool for expending 19mo energy in the afternoon. The 3 mini balls and bonus sea friends were a lovely surprise for her opening the box thank you!

Absolute goals!!! Being a busy mama of 8 I needed something easy to set up and quick to pack away. Bounce Millie was the dream bouncey castle I knew I needed when I first saw it! Hours of fun for my busy little toddler. The aesthetic will fit into any home with ease and the cordless option gives you the option to either move it as your tidying up.
